Big Changes Coming to "As We Grow"! 🌱

Get ready for the next exciting phase of As We Grow! You've seen our Wellness Profiles and Wellness In Action initiatives, and now we're bringing you even more.

We've developed our very own 5-part DIY Kratky Container system, designed for you to build for free using recycled materials right from your community. These are the exact containers you'll see in our "As We Grow" updates, offering real, tangible examples of our progress.

Each container will have its own label and date, making it easy for you to follow along. You'll also find quick links to details about each plant, its health and wellness benefits, and how we're using it.

We've prepped all six containers and are just about ready to plant a variety of seeds! Keep an eye on our next post to see what we're putting in the ground – some will even be from our Combo 1: Immune-Boosting Greens featured in our Wellness In Action articles.

We're committed to sharing our journey transparently, including both our successes and our lessons learned.
