Some setbacks with the FIFE - Food Is For Everyone activities I had planned. With the tomatoes ripening I will be able to save and start another batch of seeds. I have tomatoes growing year-round in my apartment so I can make some nice spice blends and of course to eat.

Tomatoes are the major dietary source of the antioxidant lycopene, which has been linked to many health benefits, including reduced risk of heart disease and cancer. 

Through the process of seed production, the pulp is not wasted as I dehydrate along with blends of other plants to make spices. With daily intake of plant material to help with improved health, making sure a variety of different plants like dandelions, basil, and plantain and hope to soon add Common Mallow to the various health benefits. 

Not only does it add nutrition to every meal but flavour as well.
