Why Basil?

The energizing aroma helps calm the nerves to keep stress and anxiety at bay. Additionally, it stimulates the body and mind to promote mental clarity.

Basil makes a colorful and flavorful addition to many dishes. It can also provide some serious health benefits.

  • Reduction of oxidative stress.
  • Blood sugar regulation.
  • Reduced inflammation.

Basil also has many vital nutrients. These include:

  • Calcium
  • Vitamin A
  • Vitamin K
  • Manganese
  • Magnesium
  • Iron
  • Zinc
  • Potassium

Some of the benefits are deduced with drying so fresh basil when possible to gain the most benefits.
