We have started Curly Dock and Mint Menthe with our new smaller container. We will be updating with new pics showing the growth so you can follow along.

The Curly Dock seeds were harvested from the wild while the Mint seeds were from seeds purchased a few years ago. We are sharing our successes and our not-so-successful efforts, you can learn with us as we go.

We will follow along with the entire process for you to discover, including how to make and find the recycled materials to make the containers we use.

  • I am looking forward to adding Curly Dock and Mint to the options for making spices. Once I have grown enough seeds for the next planting, going to try to make my own flour from the Curly Dock seeds. The mint I will also be saving some dried plants to make some tea combining lavender and dandelion and others.
