We have started Lavender and Chicory with our new smaller container. We will be updating with new pics showing the growth so you can follow along.
This is our second attempt to grow Chicory, these seeds were harvested from the wild and the start of our ongoing seed production efforts. We had some lavender seeds from a few years ago, which were purchased from the store. We hope enough viable seeds remain to start our own seed production for this planting.
We will follow along with the entire process for you to discover, including how to make and find the recycled materials to make the containers we use.

I love the smell of Lavender and look forward to having it growing in my kitchen. With the chicory roots once I have produced some seeds I will be making a coffee-like drink from it.
