This flower represents the 3rd generation of seeds, the third time growing from previously harvested seeds.
With the next set of seeds from this harvest, I will be growing some of the lettuce to give away freely and set aside 1 plant for seed production creating the 4th generation (heritage seeds).
The plants are grown without dirt, in custom-made containers, with this pic taken in March 2024.
