Why Cilantro?

  • Brain Health

  • Reduced Anxiety

  • Blood Sugar Management

  • Prevent Foodborne Illnesses

  • Cilantro contains vitamins A, C, and K, and the leaves also have folate, potassium, and manganese.

I like to dehydrate the leaves and stems and add them to other plants to make spices to help increase nutrient intake and add to health benefits from the intake.

Cilantro can also add a stronger flavour but adding stronger spices like hot peppers can reduce the flavour in the spice mix.

The plants are grown without dirt, in custom-made containers, with this pic taken on May 11, 2024.
