I have been fine-tuning my process for seed production and the custom-designed containers from recycled plastic. I was not happy with the use of the seed starter containers and have moved to using the containers that will hold the plants within the containers. 

In the bottom image, I have placed a full-sized container holder on the left and a few of just the caps on the containers. With some of the smaller seedlings, it was time-consuming to get the seedlings into their containers. If just the caps prove to still be difficult and time-consuming I will finally go with the full-sized containers. This will drastically reduce the number of seedlings I can produce at any one time with my limited space. 

In time I will have more space but for now, it will limit the numbers I can produce and freely give away.
