I truly appreciate the beauty of nature, and I enjoy your eye for capturing beautiful images. You don’t have to post every week; posting every second week or even monthly would be perfectly fine. With so many options to choose from, it takes time to fully appreciate each picture. There are 21 choices to go through, and I can select the images I want to save. The words "love," "compassion," and "community" resonate deeply with me, as they convey a sense of connection and empathy. I really enjoy this aspect of the network. Thanks for being awesome!

Daily Dose Of Beauty at Waterfront Trail.
This trip to the waterfront was full of surprises, including so many Monarch butterflies — my favourite type of butterfly.
There are many different moments and perspectives still to share, but this image is all about the little details.
At first, you probably notice the butterfly and the flower it is resting on. But look a little closer. You can see its proboscis uncoiling and reaching toward the flower, forming almost a half-circle as it searches for nourishment.
There is something beautiful about capturing that simple action — a moment in the middle of reaching for what it needs.
Butterflies repeat this process from flower to flower, taking in the nourishment that helps sustain them. We do something similar every day. We prepare meals, pick up a fork or spoon, take a bite, and give our bodies the nutrition and energy they need. These actions become so familiar that we rarely stop to think about them.
Yet nourishment is part of the cycle of life. Our bodies need it, just as the butterfly needs what the flowers provide.
Sometimes health and wellness can begin with simply paying a little more attention — noticing what we eat, what our bodies need, and the everyday actions that help sustain us.
Did you notice the proboscis the first time you looked at the image, or did you have to take another look after reading this?
We can take so much for granted when we move through life quickly. Sometimes a short pause and a closer look reveal something we almost missed.
The beauty was already there.
We just had to slow down enough to see it.
