I truly appreciate the beauty of nature, and I enjoy your eye for capturing beautiful images. You don’t have to post every week; posting every second week or even monthly would be perfectly fine. With so many options to choose from, it takes time to fully appreciate each picture. There are 21 choices to go through, and I can select the images I want to save. The words "love," "compassion," and "community" resonate deeply with me, as they convey a sense of connection and empathy. I really enjoy this aspect of the network. Thanks for being awesome!

Daily Dose Of Beauty at Waterfront Trail.
What do you see first—the goldenrod flowers or the monarch butterflies?
Do you notice the greens and golden yellows, or do your eyes go first to the monarchs’ black, orange and white?
Do you notice each of the small individual flowers, including the buds that have not yet opened?
Look a little closer. Do you notice the monarchs partly hidden among the goldenrod, each with its proboscis outstretched as it feeds?
There is something beautifully simple happening here.
The goldenrod provides nectar. The monarchs use that nectar for nourishment. Each is simply doing what is part of its nature, yet together they create something we can pause to appreciate.
Maybe there is something we can learn from that simplicity.
Our own health and wellness can involve both offering and accepting support. Sometimes we are able to help another person. Sometimes we are the person who needs help. Neither role needs to define us permanently.
There can be joy in helping another person freely, without expecting something in return. There can also be strength in accepting support when we need it.
The flower continues to bloom. A butterfly arrives, feeds and eventually moves on. Another may come later. There is no expectation that the butterfly remain because it received something.
Perhaps that is one way we can think about love and compassion too—not as an obligation or attachment, but as an opportunity to offer what we can while respecting that everyone has their own journey.
Sometimes we make things far more complicated than they need to be.
If we have the ability to help and someone else needs that help, there can be purpose in simply meeting one another in that moment. And when it is time to move forward, we allow each other to do so.
For me, scenes like this are another reminder to keep looking for more love, compassion and acceptance in our world—for everyone.
Freely offered. Freely accepted. Without judgment.
Love Is For Everyone.
