We’re excited to announce a fresh, easy-to-use format for exploring Food & Drink Specials in Oshawa, launching September 15th!

Instead of scattered posts and hard-to-find details, all specials are now brought together into one daily event. Each day’s lineup is neatly organized into sections:

• Breakfast Specials

• Lunch Specials

• Daily Specials

• Other Specials

To make things even easier, we’ve separated downtown venues with a clear banner, so you can choose whether to explore specials in the downtown core or across the rest of the city.

How It Works

This project is created independently and freely, with no political or government funding, and no preferential treatment for any business. Our goal is simple: to support all Oshawa small businesses and make it easier for residents to discover them.

We work hard to bring you the most current daily specials and event information for Oshawa. Please note that all prices and offers are subject to change without notice, as this content is often posted publicly by the businesses themselves. Some venues work directly with us to keep their details up to date, while others may not notify us of changes.

Every venue included in our Food/Drink Specials has a free Just Oshawa Connections listing, which we verify and update with links to the business’s website, social media, and other online connections. To keep things accurate, we refresh our information at least every three months, or sooner if we’re notified of updates. That way, you don’t have to waste time searching—we’ve already done the work for you.

• Independent & Up-to-Date: We regularly audit our listings, removing businesses that have closed or moved, so the information stays relevant.

• Verified Specials: We check specials directly from venues—online, in-store, and even through unannounced visits—so you see what’s really available.

• No hidden political or preferential advertising.

Starting September 15th, we’ll also be adding new venues as requests come in, whether it’s from the businesses themselves or from you, the community, nominating your favorite local spots.

Each venue takes time to verify and set up properly, so new additions will be added in the order we receive requests.

With so many amazing Oshawa venues still to highlight, this will be an ongoing project that grows month by month. The more requests we receive, the stronger and more useful this resource will become, built together, for our whole community.
