  • There are many different ways to perceive the picture before us; we tend to see only what we wish to see. I see a mirror of sacred geometry. We are Worthy of all we desire.

  • Wellness in a Single Bloom

A Monarch butterfly rests on the bright pink petals of a Zinnia, wings folded, while in the blurred background another Monarch drifts just out of focus. At first glance, it is a simple moment in nature. But when we pause, the colours, the subjects, and the symbolism weave together to create something far deeper, a quiet lesson in health, wellness, and beauty.

Pink is a colour of compassion, love, and gentle healing. It softens the mind, lightens heavy emotions, and invites us to breathe more freely. Against the backdrop of green, a colour tied to balance and vitality, the scene suggests harmony between the heart and the body—reminding us that true wellness embraces both.

The Monarch butterfly, perhaps one of nature’s most enduring symbols, carries the story of transformation and resilience. From fragile beginnings to a creature capable of migration across vast distances, it embodies the strength within change. Seeing the Monarch here reminds us that even in moments of stillness, we are capable of renewal.

The Zinnia, with its vibrant bloom, is known for its endurance in the summer sun. It stands tall and radiant, representing perseverance and the ability to thrive through challenges. Together, flower and butterfly become more than just a fleeting scene; they become a reflection of the endurance and transformation within us all.

And then there is the second Monarch, softly hidden in the blur of the background. It whispers of unseen support, of quiet strength walking beside us, even when we do not always notice it. Wellness is often just that, a mix of what is in clear focus and what works quietly in the background of our lives to hold us steady.

In this single image, we find a reminder of balance, of resilience, and of the beauty waiting to lift our spirits if we take the time to look closely. It is a gentle invitation to pause, reflect, and let nature’s small wonders nourish our hearts.

  • I truly appreciate the beauty of nature, and I enjoy your eye for capturing beautiful images. You don’t have to post every week; posting every second week or even monthly would be perfectly fine. With so many options to choose from, it takes time to fully appreciate each picture. There are 21 choices to go through, and I can select the images I want to save. The words "love," "compassion," and "community" resonate deeply with me, as they convey a sense of connection and empathy. I really enjoy this aspect of the network. Thanks for being awesome!
