I truly appreciate the beauty of nature, and I enjoy your eye for capturing beautiful images. You don’t have to post every week; posting every second week or even monthly would be perfectly fine. With so many options to choose from, it takes time to fully appreciate each picture. There are 21 choices to go through, and I can select the images I want to save. The words "love," "compassion," and "community" resonate deeply with me, as they convey a sense of connection and empathy. I really enjoy this aspect of the network. Thanks for being awesome!

Shifting Focus: Finding Wellness in What We See
Health and wellness are often about perspective. What we choose to focus on, even in small ways, can change how we feel, how we think, and how we move through the world. These two images capture that truth beautifully.
In the first image, the lens falls on the soft pink flower. Its gentle layers and calming tones bring a sense of peace. Pink often represents compassion and tenderness, and when we focus on it, we are reminded of the importance of slowing down and caring for ourselves. It speaks to the wellness we find in rest, in kindness, and in nurturing our emotional health.
In the second image, the focus shifts to the bold red flower behind it. Red carries an entirely different energy—strength, vitality, and confidence. It draws us toward movement, courage, and action. This focus reminds us that wellness isn’t only about calmness; it also includes having the energy and determination to face challenges and keep growing.
What’s important here is that nothing in the scene has changed. Both flowers—the soft pink and the strong red—are always present. What changes is only the focus. And in that small change, the message we take away shifts.
Wellness works much the same way. Some days we need gentleness, other days we need strength. Sometimes we need to step back and rest, and other times we need to step forward with energy and purpose. The key is recognizing that both are available to us. By making small shifts in focus—whether it’s adjusting how we see a challenge, how we treat our body, or how we approach our day—we can guide ourselves toward balance.
This is also at the heart of our work with LIFE – Love Is For Everyone and FIFE – Food Is For Everyone. Just like shifting focus between flowers changes what we see, shifting focus in our lives changes what we experience. With LIFE, we are reminded that love and compassion are always present, even if we sometimes lose sight of them. With FIFE, we focus on food not just as nourishment but as wellness, reminding ourselves that healthy choices—even in small spaces and simple ways—can bring strength and healing.
The beauty of these flowers reminds us that health and wellness aren’t about perfection, but about perspective. Every moment offers us the chance to refocus, to see strength or softness, to choose calm or action. And in that choice, we create space for growth, healing, and well-being—for ourselves, our pets, and our communities.
🌺 Each view holds its own wisdom—visit to see the other image and reflect on how beauty and wellness show up in many forms.
