🦋 You Are Loved — Even Here
I took this image years ago. But when the words You Are Loved became part of it, everything changed.
The monarch’s wings are fully open, almost completely covering the flower beneath. With those words present, the question shifts. Is it resting… or taking nourishment?
Suddenly, it feels like both.
🧡 The rich orange of the wings speaks to life force, endurance, and quiet strength. 🖤 The dark lines hold everything together — a reminder that boundaries are not limitations, but support. 🌸 The flower beneath no longer feels like something the monarch must reach for. It feels like reassurance.
With You Are Loved in the image, the posture changes. The open wings no longer feel cautious or alert — they feel safe. As if this is a moment where nothing needs to be proven.
Then you notice the small detail.
A bit of damage on the right wing. Not hidden. Not erased. Just… there.
Something happened. And yet, the monarch is still here — wings open, receiving what it needs.
Those words make that detail even more powerful.
You are loved doesn’t mean nothing ever hurt you. It means what happened didn’t get the final say.
🦋 You can rest and still be healing. 🦋 You can carry marks and still be worthy of care. 🦋 You don’t have to be untouched to be supported.
With those words present, this image no longer speaks only of survival — it speaks of belonging.
A quiet truth settles in:
🌿 You are allowed to pause. 🌿 You are allowed to receive. 🌿 You are allowed to open fully, even with scars.
You are loved — not after you heal, not once you’re stronger — but here, exactly as you are.
