Welcome to our "From Seeds to Salad" journey, where we're cultivating Immune-Boosting Greens from Combo 1! This special mix includes Arugula, Bee Balm, Dandelion Greens, Chives, and Red Salad Bowl Lettuce.
We've started by planting Arugula, Dandelion Greens, and Red Salad Bowl Lettuce in the three containers of Group A. The remaining two greens, Bee Balm and Chives, will be planted in Group B.
Latest update, we now have one of the 3 containers where the seeds have germinated. As time passes, you will notice that different types of seeds germinate at varying rates.Â
Can you tell which germinated?
Was it the Arugula, Dandelion Greens, or Red Salad Bowl Lettuce? We will let you think on that, and we will let you know in a future post as the other seeds germinate, and we will talk about true leaves, the next steps from germination through harvesting for salads, and our next generation of seeds from each plant.Â
