Health and wellness are not separate from the problem.
They are part of the problem.

A system that keeps people sick, exhausted, dependent, and distracted is not failing — it’s working exactly as intended. And every time we keep supporting it because “that’s how it’s always been,” we help sustain the cruelty it creates.

You can’t demand change while participating in harm.
You can’t heal while feeding what makes people unwell.
And you can’t fix a system you refuse to step away from.

The change is already here.
The options already exist.

The question is simple and uncomfortable:
When are you going to take responsibility, participate in real change, and stop supporting a system that profits from suffering?

I’ll keep building anyway — rooted in health, accountability, and love — because real change doesn’t wait for permission.
