🌿 People talk a lot about wanting to do better… but where are the actions?
I hear from many who say they want change, and even more who tell me there are “better options.” But when I look closely, it becomes clear—they’re not actually paying attention.

My focus on community goes far deeper than a quick glance. I choose plants that grow abundantly right here in our area. What good is it to teach someone an option they can’t access? If you can’t forage for the seeds, if you don’t have the financial means to buy them, then that option isn’t real—it’s out of reach for too many.

This is the truth most avoid:
Real change requires learning, understanding, and making choices. And your choices won’t always match the choices of others. We are all on our own journey.

I choose to work with what grows naturally around me. And through that discovery, I’ve found that many of these plants have far better nutritional value than what people expect. When you dive deeper into truth, you gain real education—and with that comes a deeper love for yourself.
