Change takes time. It’s something built through passion, dedication, and the belief that change needs to happen.

I choose to live the change I want to see in the world. Every day, I act from a place of love and compassion for all.

A big part of that is self-love — it’s why I work so hard to grow my own nutrition year-round. Our health and wellness aren’t seasonal, and I simply can’t afford to buy the nutrition I need. Growing it myself is an act of love, responsibility, and truth.

And truth is a part of love. Not hiding from it, but embracing it. Knowing the truth means knowing when it’s time to work harder, learn more, and become the best version of yourself.

That, too, is love.
