Hello everyone, I just wanted to see how you all are doing? Im doing pretty well considering my son is still stiff and sore after his work accident. Im going to be facilitating WRAP Wellness Recovery Action Plan to another group of individuals at Ontario Shores Recovery College in the Fall semester. if you believe you can or you believe you can't, you are right.
