Five years ago, at the start of the pandemic, I dedicated myself completely—seven days a week, without rest—to supporting those who were abandoned by all levels of government.

The homeless, the poor, and the marginalized were left behind, not just neglected, but actively attacked, harassed, and threatened by those who were supposed to protect them. Federal, provincial, regional, and municipal leaders all failed, and their actions, not their words, show why so many have lost faith in them and in our society.

People often ask why there's so much division today. The truth is clear: we’ve been failing the most vulnerable among us for too long. True change won’t come from elections or politicians. I vote because it's my right, but I refuse to let those in power dictate what's right or wrong. Their actions speak volumes, and they’ve shown they cannot be trusted.

Real change happens one person at a time. It starts with us, acting out of love, compassion, and purpose. I’ve spent decades directly supporting those in need, and even after a major health crisis, I’m back—stronger than ever. I’m continuing my mission to provide for anyone who needs it, and I’m expanding my efforts again. I love you all, and I’ll keep doing this work.
