like i found a phone number, on the official facebook app, it lead to a guy want remote access to my android phone, im like why????, his answers made no sense, i hung up.
(to pass security, and cause i was on my data plan .......)
email is the official way, and first thing i did, i sent them 2 emails, one to appeals, and one to support. this was a week ago, i am still waiting to hear anything back

I am sorry to hear that, the only way I know of contacting Facebook and getting a formal response is to be a paying customer through Meta. If you do not use Meta for your Facebook or Instagram then it is a hit or miss for getting a response that is not AI-generated.
