The Importance of Cleanliness

As part of my community activities, I make it a priority to leave the area cleaner than I found it. Before I leave, I take a few moments to pick up litter around me, using an extendable gripper for safety. In today’s world, it’s crucial to be cautious, as discarded items can pose health risks, including exposure to contaminated materials or drug paraphernalia.

Beyond just cleaning, this practice fosters dialogue and connection. People often approach me to ask why I do it or to express their gratitude. This opens up opportunities for discussion and raises awareness about the importance of community care. Sometimes, I even inspire passersby to join in and help with the cleanup.
