RESOUND is a Durham Region SATB choir striving for excellent choral singing and community outreach.
Resound Reaching Up Reaching Out
RESOUND is Durham’s newest auditioned SSAATTBB contemporary/classical choir for both younger and older adults.
Singing 3 concerts per year, good reading skills are required.
Performance excellence is a mandate of the choir as is community outreach. Our outreach component uses our concerts to premiere 4-part arrangements of youth compositions, create community with other choirs by singing large choral works together with an orchestra, and work with front-line community organizations to raise awareness and support.
