  • 🌲🐦Out Before Dawn, With Cedar & Chickadee🐦🌲 — Reflections from behind the lens

This image was taken today, in the early dawn.

I was out early, alone in nature, fresh snow from the storm still pristine and untouched. No footprints. No noise. Just me, my camera, and the quiet rhythm of the land waking up. Moments like this feel rare — and necessary.

Perched in the Cedar, the Chickadee paused long enough to meet me there. Small, steady, and unbothered by the cold, it felt like a quiet companion in that stillness. Cedar stood as it always does — grounded, protective, offering shelter without effort. Together, they became a reminder of what health and wellness really look like when everything else falls away.

The black cap spoke of inner strength and reflection. The white chest mirrored the fresh snow — clarity, breath, and clean beginnings.
The soft earth tones grounded the moment in balance and nourishment.

Standing there, with snow falling softly and the year nearly behind us, I felt the weight of transition — one of the last days of this year, and a new one waiting just ahead. Not something to rush into, but something to step toward gently, with intention.

This wasn’t just a photograph. It was a pause.
    A reset.
A reminder that healing, growth, and clarity often arrive in silence.

    Before dawn. Before the noise.
    Before the next chapter begins.

As we move toward the new year, I carry this moment with me — rooted like Cedar, brave like the Chickadee, and grateful for the stillness that teaches us how to listen again.

💚 Growing with purpose. Living with love. Wellness for all.

  • I truly appreciate the beauty of nature, and I enjoy your eye for capturing beautiful images. You don’t have to post every week; posting every second week or even monthly would be perfectly fine. With so many options to choose from, it takes time to fully appreciate each picture. There are 21 choices to go through, and I can select the images I want to save. The words "love," "compassion," and "community" resonate deeply with me, as they convey a sense of connection and empathy. I really enjoy this aspect of the network. Thanks for being awesome!
